Anja Wedemeyer

When I started working with clients as a disability support worker and later as a support coordinator, I discovered my life’s love. My life was meant to encourage people to build their capacity and realise their own individuality and the gifts they provide to the community and to those who are trusted to work with them. I have a background in hairdressing and human resources. I bring firsthand knowledge to the position. I approach life’s obstacles with optimism and seek out the best in others.

As a support coordinator, I will collaborate with you to make sure that a variety of supports are used to improve your ability to manage service delivery duties, maintain relationships, live more independently, and participate in your community.
